Dr. Singh is a Doctor of Optometry with over 33 years of experience in ophthalmic care. Having graduated in 1990 from India’s premier, world acclaimed Eye Institute, Sankara Nethralaya, he went on to pursue a 3 year Cornea & Anterior Segment Fellowship at another world renowned Eye Hospital, L.V. Prasad Eye Institute in Hyderabad.
After spending 8 years practicing in a hospital setting, he joined the corporate world first with Bausch&Lomb and later Essilor Canada, training doctors around the world as well as using his expertise in Research & Development. Dr. Singh has lectured at various ophthalmic conferences worldwide and has written articles in numerous journals. He has mentored young graduates to achieve success in the field of eye care and vision care.

Dr. Singh has been providing eye care at Centenary Optical for over 15 years. He has experience managing complex pathology including eye infections, glaucoma, macular degeneration, cataracts, diabetic retinopathy and other disease. He is able to fluently communicate and provide his services in English, Hindi, Urdu, Tamil and Gujarati. In his spare time, Dr. Singh enjoys playing hockey, cricket, gardening, and reading on political science, philosophy, and psychology.
